Norwegian At Home believes in supplying our customer with only the best products. However, we do realize that problems do occur and mistakes happen. If you need to return a product please follow the guidelines listed below.

  • Please call our Customer Service to receive a FedEx or UPS return label and Return Authorization Number.
  • All merchandise must be returned within 30 days after receiving the product to ensure proper credit.
  • Defective, shortage or mis-packed items must be reported within 5 business days after receiving the product.
  • DSI will correct the problem as quickly as possible.
